Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.

Refunds Refunds are only issued if your item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives in this condition, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at alycianugent@gmail.com owner of Backwood Alcove with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at alycianugent@gmail.com owner of Backwood Alcove so we can make it right. We may request photo evidence of the damage before processing a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
